ABOUT THE JOB:

CustomerHD is looking for an enthusiastic amp; eager recruiter to join our internal CHD Recruiting Team to help get us through our next big recruiting push. This position will starASAP and will require you to work IN-OFFICE Monday-Friday from 9-6 with a 1-hour lunch break. Some schedule flexibility, late night and early morning shifts will be required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Interview candidates amp; make judgment calls (combination of phone, virtual, and in-person)
  • Respond to candidates via phone, email, amp; text
  • Move candidates through our workflow pipeline
  • Move candidates through their onboarding period (after an offer is made, before they start)
  • New hire check-in
  • External amp; internal event coordination, planning, set up amp; break down
  • Swag coordination
  • Place/pick-up team meals or office supply orders
  • Slack presence to answer any related questions
  • Restock amp; straighten up breakrooms, office supplies, shared spaces amp; general amenities
  • Create, hang, amp; take down event flyers

Requirements

  • Must work in-office
  • Some local travel may be required (not often)
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Good organization, time management and prioritization
  • Efficient troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple screens, systems amp; sheets efficiently
  • Keep all candidate, new hire, amp; employee information, status or results confidential
